Academic policy

Rescheduling Policy
  • A minimum of 2 students is required for a course to go ahead.
  • If only 1 person is booked on a course, we will contact you to:
    • Reschedule for a later date, or
    • Upgrade to a 1-to-1 course (subject to an additional fee of €100).
  • If you are unable to attend your course, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for rescheduling.
  • Each student is allowed to reschedule once only. Any further changes will result in the loss of the deposit.
  • Failure to notify us at least 48 hours prior to the course date will also result in loss of the deposit.
Certification Policy
  • The educator reserves the right to withhold certification if they believe the student has not demonstrated sufficient understanding of the subject taught.
  • In such cases, the student will be given the opportunity to:
    • Practice independently
    • Submit case studies for review
    • Attend a follow-up assessment at the academy to demonstrate their practical skills
    • Only 1 opportunity will be given to do the follow up assessment. Up to 3 months of practice is allowed before follow up assessment 
  • A new date will be arranged for this assessment, and certification will be issued upon successful demonstration of skills.
